Drug Uses
Singulair is used for prevention and long–term treatment of asthma. It is also can be used to relieve allergy symptoms. It may also can be be used for other situations as suggested by your doctor.
How Taken
Take Singulair as suggested by your doctor. Use Singulair with or without a meal. Continue to take Singulair even if you feel well.
Additional Information
Singulair may cause drowsiness or dizziness. These effects may worsen if Singulair is taken with alcohol or certain other medications. Take Singulair with caution. Don't drive or perform other possibly dangerous tasks until you know how you respond to this medication. If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, visit your physician. This drug should be used only by the patient for whom it has been recommended. Don't take less or more or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
